At the close of the conference, Salesforce (http://www.salesforcefoundation.org) committed to some exciting new support for nonprofits:

- A nonprofit customer web portal, including documentation, forums, and other resources for nonprofits.

- Better training options for nonprofit users and administrators.

- Major overhaul of the templates and applications available to nonprofits using Salesforce.

- Renewed energy for supporting nonprofit developers, implementors, and consultants to collaborate on better solutions for customers.

While I believe that Salesforce is a great tool for nonprofits today, I think it will only get stronger as the company and the foundation continue to improve their offerings.
