Alison Carl White, NPower Seattle Executive Director, is an avid social media participant and a leader who relishes directing teams in the areas of program expansion and implementation, operational management, and diversifying funding support – all in an effort to address critical community needs.

Ash Shepherd, NPower’s Project Strategist, focuses on websites, social media and e-mail marketing.  He sees himself as a “people person with a knack for technology” and not as much of a traditional “Techie”.

Brad Struss, Manager of NPower’s Web and Database Services team, brings a diverse software and management background to his role helping non-profits use technology to better serve their communities.

Charlie Kahle, NPower’s trainer extraordinaire, chimes in with tips for users of Salesforce, Microsoft Office and other applications.

Elaina Buzzell, NPower’s Senior Program Coordinator, coordinates intake for our new consulting projects, coordinates our volunteer program, and assists with marketing and communications. Previously, Elaina has served as the communications coordinator for a local bike cooperative and a women’s health organization in the midwest.

Jesse Snyder is Principle Consultant for our Web Sites and Applications consulting team. Jesse has worked in IT infrastructure and software development since 2001. In addition to his work with technology he is an active performer and teacher of Javanese music.

John Joynt oversees the work of our Data Network Services consultants, installing and maintain the computer infrastructures of local nonprofits. With over 100 nonprofits receiving our Scheduled Support service, John has many balls in the air at all times.

Kevin Bromer is a Senior Consultant for our CRM and Database consulting team.  Before joining NPower Seattle, he worked for the Department of Education in Washington, DC developing database and data analysis solutions.  When not working at NPower, Kevin enjoys working on his home, fly-fishing, and strategy games.

Leah Ankeny is our Trainer Manager for technology skills classes, sharing her expertise in software applications and data analysis. She has spent the majority of the last 20 years working at nonprofit arts and education organizations across the US.

Peg Giffels, NPower’s Director of Community Engagement, led technology workshops and managed statewide training programs for our Education team for eight years before stepping into her current role directing fundraising, communications and volunteer programming.

Shawn Michael, manages NPower’s Capacity Building services. Shawn has been a part of the NPower network for over a decade and takes a down to earth approach to assisting nonprofits with technology planning, development, training, and implementation.
