Adobe Illustrator tutorials
Illustrator is a complex and complicated program to learn. Today on MacWorld.com they had a nice article listing several websites that have free tutorials on how to do some cool things in Illustrator. I liked the one on using the Pie Graph tool to create some snazzy charts that are high quality and commercial print usable (although the skill level needed for this is high).
